| 2. Application Procedure |
|
|
■ Application forms will be available on July 26th from the Hiroshima
|
|
ＹＭＣＡ International Kindergarten, 7-11 Hatchobori, Naka-ku, Hiroshima.

| ■ Applications accepted year-round |
|
Due to differing school calendars world wide, and parents' work transfer dates,
our application dates are flexible for families arriving from overseas. |
|
| ■ Enrollment Procedure： |
|
Please present your "Letter of Acceptance", "Health Certificate" and the ￥52,500
Entrance Fee to the ＹＭＣＡ International Kindergarten to confirm "enrollment". Please
note that once enrollment is confirmed, your entrance fee will not be refunded. |

|
| 3. Expenses All fees listed below include consumption tax. |
|
|
|
|
| ■ Entrance Fee − ￥105,000 |
|
(includes ￥52,500 Entrance Fee to be paid at the time enrollment is authorized).
The entrance fee applies only to the year of initial enrollment. |
|
|
| ■ Facility Fee − ￥105,000 (charged annually). |
|
The fee includes the use of classrooms, swimming pool, gymnasium,
the playground on the roof and air conditioning. |
|
|
| ■ Learning Material Fee − ￥52,500 (charged annually). |
|
Includes materials used for Learning center (including Zoo-phonics),
arts & crafts, music and gymnastics. |
|
|
| ■ Tuition & Programme Fee − ￥945,000 (total). |
|
This fee includes daily care, lessons and special instruction in swimming, gym,
arts & crafts, and music. Also included are programmes such as special events
and presentations. Please note that transportation fees for Sports Day
and Picnic are not included.

| ※ Total annual cost is divided into 12 payments. ￥78,750 (monthly). |
|
|
| ■ Y's Lunch − ￥126,000 (total). |
|
The Y's Lunch fee covers lunch Monday to Friday, a snack once a week and
a Special Event Lunch once a month. The fee includes cooking, use of the cooking
facilities, food, and utensils. It also includes ingredients and utilities used
in the cooking programme.
