2. Admission Process

■ Application Submission

Between Tuesday, October 13th and Tuesday, October 20th, 2026（must be submitted by October 20th the latest） If you are submitting your application by mail, please send it by registered mail.

■ Admission Interview

Tuesday, November 3rd, 2026（National Holiday）
The interview time will be communicated individually.
Please come to the interview with the child you are applying to enroll.

■ Interview Results

The results will be sent to your email address on file on Friday, November 6th, 2026.

■ Enrollment Procedure

Please complete the enrollment procedures by submitting the Pledge Form provided to you,
together with a Medical Examination Certificate and the admission fee of ¥110,000.
Please note that once the enrollment procedures have been completed, the admission fee is
entirely non-refundable, regardless of circumstance.

3. Tuition and Fees

■ Entrance Fee
￥110,000

The Entrance fee is only required for the initial enrollment.

■ Facility and Equipment Fee
￥50,000（Charged annually）

This fee covers the use of various YMCA facilities, including classrooms, the swimming pool, gymnasium, rooftop playground, hall, and bus rental, as well as the costs of facility and playground equipment maintenance, repairs, cleaning, heating, air conditioning, and other related expenses.

■ Educational Materials Fee
￥45,000（Charged annually）

This fee covers English-language learning materials, English picture books, arts and craft materials, and materials and equipment for activities such as music and physical education.

■ Tuition and Program Fee
￥80,000（Charged monthly）

This fee covers childcare, English education, instruction fees for specialized programs such as swimming, gymnastics, arts and crafts, and comprehensive music education, as well as the costs of special programs, including field trips and annual events.

■ Lunch Fee
￥12,000（Charged monthly）

This fee covers all costs related to the planning and preparation of daily lunches and special monthly menus, as well as tableware, equipment, and other related expenses.

■ School Uniform Set
￥43,000

All uniforms feature the original YMCA International Kindergarten logo.
Set includes: Sailor Jacket, T-shirt, House T-shirt, Bike Pants, Shoes, Cap,
Brown Bag, Swimming Bag, Socks, and Name Tag.
The Red Jacket will have to be purchase in autumn（¥8,800）.
We will provide more information closer to date.

■ Diaper Subscription Service(Diapers and Baby Wipes)
¥3,800

Available until diapers are no longer needed at the kindergarten.
